The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 1 and Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives led by Ms. Divina Quemi had a meeting with Governor Jerry Singson and presented the upcoming project which is the cold storage facility for onions to be constructed in Caoayan.

The program was under the Philippine Rural Development Project wherein it can occupy 750,000 kilos of onions.
