Eleven local government units of the province participated as applicants in the ONE Ilocos Sur Spring Development Grant Pitching and Mentoring at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center this 20 January 2023.

Said LGU’s were Sta.Cruz, Vigan City, Sinait, Galimuyod, Quirino, Caoayan, San Vicente, San Ildefonso, Sugpon, Sta. Catalina and Sigay.

Ten minutes were given to each group to present their project proposals. After which Dr. Aser Javier, the Governor’s Principal Consultant and Ms. Ellen Marie Jalandoni, Executive Assistant to the Office of the Vice Governor of Negros Occidental served as mentors gave their insights on how to develop more their proposals.

One million peso grant is waiting to be conferred for the lucky LGU to be chosen.

Establishment of Super Mega Floating Sea Foods Restaurant in Brgy Dadalaquiten Norte Sinait, Pasalubong Center at Skyline Viewdeck Quirino, Mangrove Adventure Park of Brgy. Las-ud Sta. Cuz were among the project proposals presented by the LGUs.
