Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda took part in the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang Christmas Party 2022. The employees experienced again the spirit of Christmas after the two consecutive years of pandemic. Raffle draws, games and intermissions made the party more alive.
