Governor Jerry Singson spearheaded Tuloy ang Pasko last December 2020 to build hope among Ilocos Sur households that Christmas is indeed coming amid the challenges of CoViD 19.

For its third year, elders of Balay Taripato in Magsingal was the beneficiary giving further hope that at their twilight years, they are truly cared and highly recognized for their wisdom that was shared during their bountiful years serving as an inspiration for the present and future generations.

Together with Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Mr. & Mrs. Jay Jay Singson, the Governor realized the wishes of the elderlies for a refrigerator, pillows, blankets and biscuits.

The provincial government has three Balay Taripato institutions that provide full-range of care options and accommodations for the elderlies. Balay Taripato in Cabugao and Sta. Lucia will as well receive similar gifts this holiday season to create
