The Province of Ilocos Sur was accorded for being Fully Compliant for Gawad KALASAG Seal of Excellence during the 22nd National Gawad KALASAG Awarding Ceremony 2022 at The Manila Hotel. PDRRM Officer Michael Chan personally received the award.
