The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with the Walking Hotdog Philippines awarded Walking Hotdog Livelihood Package to 25 entrepreneurs from the municipalities of San Esteban, Sta. Maria, Santiago, Burgos and the City of Candon. The program aimed to help the indigent individuals who lost their jobs because of the pandemic.

Present during the awarding were Governor Jerry Singson, SPM Gina Cordero, SPM Mildred Elaydo, SPM Benjamin Maggay, Sta. Maria Mayor Brigido Camarillo and San Esteban Mayor Ray RJ Elaydo.
