The Vice Mayors League of the Philippines and Philippine Councilors League of Ilocos Sur Provincial Chapter undergone an orientation dubbed as Newly Elected Officials Orientation Course and Continuing Education for Veteran Councilors: Primed Leaders for Renewed Local Governance at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center this 01 December 2022.

This activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of every official with regards to the corporate policies, procedures and best practices in order for them to come up with a good resolution for their constituents.

Governor Jerry Singson took part on the event together with DILG Provincial Director Randy Dela Rosa represented by Ms. Cherry Pestaño, Mr. Ronald Barcena, Director of Social Housing Finance Corporation, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and Ms. Cara Michelle Tabios who represented Vice Governor Ryan Singson.
