True to its aim to uplift the Local Economic Development of the province, Governor Jerry Singson in partnership with Walking Hotdog PH awarded the walking hotdog business package to 25 entrepreneurs from Municipalities of Bantay, San Vicente, Santa Catalina, San Juan and Cabugao who successfully completed their training.

This is part of the Economic Recovery Project of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur as a source of income centered to an inclusive platform to bring change in the lives of the beneficiaries.
