The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office organized the Provincial Children’s Month Celebration 2022 with the Theme: “Kalusugan, Kaisipan at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan!”.

One of the highlights of the program was the awarding of the 2019 Seal of Child Friendly Local Governance to the 17 LGU awardees.

Vocal Solo and Draw & Tell contest were also part of the activity.

In line with the theme, Governor Jerry Singson wanted to continue and focus on the projects and programs of the PGIS to improve the mental health and well-being of every child.
