In celebration of the National Students’ Day, Governor Jerry SIngson shared the One Ilocos Sur 10 point agenda to the students as a framework of the provincial government in achieving opportunity driven smart governance, national interdependence and economic development, an inclusive approached that acknowledges the voice of everyone in participatory governance, communal inclusivity, education and learning being rendered to the people of Ilocos Sur throughout the 2022 Division Youth Summit themed: “Ikaw..Ako..Tayo..:Bahagi ng Proseso at Boses ng Pagbabago.”

The program took place at Cabugao National High School this 19 November 2022.
