Dr. Dominga “Minguita” Padilla of the Eye Bank Foundation had a courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson this 18 November 2022.

She presented to the PGIS Department Heads the importance of protecting and taking good care of the eyes.

Likewise, she shared to the group the available means of restoring lost eyesight and the value of organ donation particularly cornea and eye donation.

The Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines, true to its mission in transforming lives through restoring sight, looks forward for a possible partnership with PGIS in creating a society where the present and future needs for corneal transplantation are fully met.
