The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) together with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, and the Municipal Government of Salcedo join hands in the Groundbreaking Ceremony of 150-meter Farm-to-Market Road Project in Barangay Sorioan, Salcedo this 11 November 2022 as one of the Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) calendared this year.
