Governor Jerry Singson together with Vigan City Mayor Jose Bonito Singson, Vice Mayor Randy Singson and Vigan City Councilors met with Canadian Counsellor Mr. Colin Townson and First Secretary Mr. John Shelton at Casa Vicente, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

They discussed the possible partnership of Ilocos Sur and Canada in terms of education, economy, business, investments and tourism.
