The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur awarded cash incentives to 580 Ilocos Sur Educational Assistance and Scholarship Program graduates of Batch 2022, 188 of them were latin honorees.

Governor Jerry Singson together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson SPM Ronnie Rapanut, SPM Third Ranches, SPM Christopher Baterina, SPM Art Oandasan and SPM Janina Tabios were present in the program. Meanwhile, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda delivered his opening remarks as a former provincial scholar during his college days.

University of Northern Philippines Summa Cum Laude graduate, working now at the Provincial Administrator’s Office under the Policy Strategy Team of the Governor Mr. Edgar Loquiao tendered his response on behalf of all the graduating scholars.
