The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur headed by Governor Jerry Singson and the PSC Batang Pinoy National Secretariat sat down and do the coordination and planning of this year’s Batang Pinoy National Championships that will be held in the Heritage Province of Ilocos Sur on December.
