Twenty-four scary contestants sported their spooky costumes for the PGIS Halloween Costume Contest held this November 3, 2022 at the Quirino Stadium. Provincial Administrator Marlon Flavier Tagorda, Mr. Reynand Daproza and Mr. Nimencio Encomienda Perez served as judges during the contest.
