A total of 55 families in Narvacan who were victims of storm surge were given relief goods consist of food packs, hygiene kits and drinking water by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur as mandated by Governor Jerry Singson.

It can be remembered that an overnight storm surge along coastal towns/cities of Ilocos Sur happened last 31 October 2022 including three barangays Pantoc, Sulvec and San Pedro of Narvacan.
