The Provincial Administrator’s Office, upon the mandate of Governor Jerry Singson, had a collaboration meeting with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) this 2 November 2022 exploring an IPOPHL capacity development to the provincial government and to all 34 local governments of the province.

The meeting was very productive with a set date for the undertaking to capacitate the local governments on how to protect the rich culture, artistic expressions, and various produce of the people and MSMEs.
