Dr. Pavan Shukla visited Governor Jerry Singson to present various products derived from dairy material on 31 October 2022.

Dr. Pavan initially had good partnership with the provincial government prior to the pandemic. The Governor gave a green light to continue the engagement for the cow industry and also with the information infrastructure of the hospitals.
