Thirty elementary passers and 603 junior high school completers graduated from the Alternative Learning System Program of the Department of Education this 28 October 2022 the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

In here, six of the graduating class were Persons Deprived of Liberty detained at the Ilocos Sur Provincial Jail.

The Provincial Administrator represented Governor Jerry Singson while Provincial Population Officer Cara Michelle Tabios served as guest representing the Vice Governor Ryan Singson together with Provincial Jail Warden Raymond Tabios.
