SPM Elpidio Quines took his oath for his second term as the Provincial Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative to the 11th Sangguniang Panlalawigan this 24 October 2022 at the San Emilio Municipal Covered Court.

Governor Jerry Singson served as the inducting officer of the IPM representative.

San Emilio Mayor Joey Warren Bragado, Vice Mayor Honesto Foronda and Atty. Marvin Biligan, NCIP Provincial Director, and the IPMR representatives of different municipalities witnessed the event.
