To encourage coffee developers to arise from the pandemic effect, Governor Jerry Singson assured the provincial government’s support in strengthening the coffee industry in the province during the Kape de Ylocos Robusta Coffee Trade Fair 2022 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Former Governor Chavit Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson, Caoayan Mayor Germy Goulart, coffee farmers and the local coffee shop owners joined the Governor during the ribbon-cutting of the trade fair that will last until 28 October 2022.
