More than four thousand farmers of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur were benefitted in the distribution of farm equipment from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur headed by Governor Jerry Singson.

Said machineries were purchased thru the initiative of now Vice Governor Ryan Singson during his term as the governor.

Along with the Governor were Atty. Jannah Singson, Cabugao Mayor Josh Edward Cobangbang and Vice Mayor Ediboy Cobangbang.
