Fertilizers, organic plant supplements, botanical pesticides, egg incubators, plastic drums, grass cutters, hammer mills and forage choppers were distributed to the farmers of Ilocos Sur particularly in the first district. This is an intervention program of the Department of Agriculture (DA) in partnership with the Office of 1st District Representative and the provincial government.

Also, hog raisers received sentinel hogs and feeds as part of the African Swine Fever recovery program of DA. The said distribution piloted in the Municipality of San Juan wherein SPM Third Ranches represented Governor Jerry Singson accompanied by Cong. Ronald Singson.
