The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur together with Dr. Aser Javier, the Governor’s Principal Consultant, and Ms. Ellen Marie Jalandoni, the Executive Assistant to the Office of the Vice Governor in Negros Occidental, facilitated the ONE Ilocos Sur Local Economic Development Mentorship Program participated by the PGIS heads and employees last 10 October 2022 at the Conference Hall, Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center.

The program enabled the participants to know the fast but proper way to achieved just economy for the province especially in the tourism sector.
