Governor Jerry Singson led the distribution of various farm equipment, machineries and supplies in Santa, Ilocos Sur. Beneficiaries were 418 farmer organizations of the first district of the province.

These items, procured during the previous term of now Vice Governor Ryan Singson, aimed to improve farm inputs and productive crops of the farmers.

Domingo, Mayor Christian Purisima of San Ildefonso, Mayor Ma. Elaine Sarmiento of San Juan and Mayor Jesus Bueno Sr.
