The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with ISPPO, PPSK and PYDO Ilocos Sur conducted the first ever Provincial KKDAT Summit which aims to encourage and empower Youth sectors to become proactive partners of the government in the nationwide campaign against illegal drugs through PNP’s Recovery and Wellness Program and Anti-terrorism under EO 70.
