Kwadro Ylocano Silent Auction and Dinner as a form of thanksgiving to the success of the KWADRO YLOCANO Art Exhibition.

Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda represented Governor Jerry Singson to the said event. Along with him were Atty. Jannah Singson, Ms. Cara Michelle Tabios, Architect Roel Salvatierra and Ms. Mishelle Tongson and Raymund Bonilla who performed spoken poetry that moved his audience.
