Governor Jerry SIngson thanked MIDG Mildred V. Vitangcol, Marvelous Imaginative Governor, Rotary International District 3830 and MIP Karen Camille “KC” Costiniano, Marvelous Imaginative President, Rotary Club of Muntinlupa North for bringing the MVV Health Caravan to the people of Lidlidda Ilocos Sur, Banayoyo and San Emilio. This is in partnership with former Mayor Luis “Chavit” Singson and various Rotary International including RC Vigan City.

Services offered during the health caravan were Adult and Pedia Check-Up, Breast and Cervical Screening, Ophthalmology Check-Up with Free Eyeglasses, and Circumcision.
