Israeli Ambassador His Excellency Ilan Fluss visited the Heritage Province of Ilocos Sur this 20 September 2022 and paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. They discussed matters regarding possible areas of collaboration in relation to technology, innovation, agriculture and best practices.
