Governor Jerry Singson met with Provincial DOH Head Eng. John Foz and Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang, Chief of Hospital Dr. Rudy Tongson.

During the meeting they discussed the different updates regarding Universal Health Care Program and health- related concerns.
