2020 and 2021 BAR passers from Ilocos Sur had their induction and ceremonial pinning as new members of the IBP-Ilocos Sur Chapter at the Vigan Convention Center last 16 September 2022.

Governor Jerry Singson was represented by Atty. Jannah Singson who also received a recognition for being one of the newly appointed government lawyers.
