The first female Police Chief of the City of Vigan – Police Colonel Diana Del Rosario paid a courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson.

The newly-installed OIC guaranteed the strategic placing of CCTVs around the City of Vigan and assured the deployment of “Tourist Police” at tourist destination sites in the city.
