Thirty-seven micro, small and medium enterprise owners from the Municipality of Caoayan received livelihood kits from the Department of Trade and Industry through the Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa Program.

Governor Jerry Singson encouraged the beneficiaries to keep their businesses on top to provide income for their families.

Also present during the distribution were DTI Assistant Regional Director Mrs. Grace Lapastora, Caoayan Mayor Germelina S. Goulart and representative from the Office of Cong. Ronald Singson.
