In line with the Education and Learning Agenda towards the achievement of good governance, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur headed by Governor Jerry Singson initiated a forum with the members of the Local School Board of the DepEd-Ilocos Sur centered on Special Education Fund (SEF) for the various project proposal at the Conference Hall, Provincial Farmers Livelihood Center.

Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Atty. Jannah Singson presided the meeting wherein they have scrutinized the appropriation to guarantee that SEF utilization benefits the Division’s school, teacher and most importantly learners.

Schools Division Superintendent Jorge Reinante, Chairman of Committee on Education SPM Ronnie Rapanut and SPM Efren Rafanan Sr., Division Officials and CSO Representative were also present during the meeting.
