Governor Jerry Singson had commenced his Listening Tour with the 77 doctors of the different departments of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang to learn the different priorities of the different departments and clinics particularly on equipment and facilities. He expressed to immediately take action to those needing improvements and upgrading including personnel-related concerns.
