The Philippine KOICA Fellows Association (PhilKOFA), an organization of Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda has donated to the province financial assistance of P100,000.00 which was utilized to provide family food packs to 250 households of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur on 20 August 2022.

Governor Jerry Singson, represented by the Provincial Administrator and Mr. Jester Lewis Singson, has distributed the assistance directly to the beneficiaries. Present during the event were Mayor Joseph Simon Valdez, Vice Mayor Eddie Toquero and members of the Sangguning Bayan.
