526 beneficiaries from the four municipalities of Ilocos Sur namely Sta. Maria, Santiago, Burgos and Nagbukel received assistance the Office of Senator Bong Go through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) program on Assistance to Individuals during Crisis Situation (AICS).

Governor Jerry Singson together with Sta. Maria Mayor Brigido “Boy” Camarillo, Office of Senator Bong Go Staff led by Team Leader Red Paras and DSWD Personnel led the distribution of the said assistance.

Under the DSWD’s AICS Program each of the recipients who are victims of the July 27 magnitude eartquake received P10,000 for the totally damaged houses and P5,000 for the partially damaged houses.
