5,000 hot meals were donated by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur. The first 1,000 hot meals were turned-over on August 15 by NGCP Government Relations and Regional Affairs Lead Specialist Ms. Jenny Afroilan.
