Governor Jerry Singson led the Risk Assessment and Analysis on the damages and effects of the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Ilocos Sur last 27 July 2022.

The PGIS chiefs and heads of offices reported the damages and details of their respective concerns in order for the Governor to lay a concrete plan of appropriate action as a quick response for the province to start its recovery.
