Governor Jerry Singson served as the inducting officer of the Regional Emergency Assistance Communications Team (REACT) Philippines Inc. yesterday 15 July 2022 held at NSCC, Casa de Vigan.

The Governor showed his all out support to the said organization by pledging to be one of their honorary members. The organization is hoping that this would be the start of a strong partnership between REACT Phil. Inc. and the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

Along with Governor Jerry Singson were Vigan City Councilor Jay Andia (representative of Mayor Bonito Singson) and personnel of the Philippine Army.
