Ilocos Sur Governor Jerry Singson assumes for duty today together with the members of Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice Governor Ryan Singson at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Lobby.

During the Assumption of Duty Program, Gov. Jerry Singson introduced the people who will guide him towards ONE Ilocos Sur, first is Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Nina Luisa Manalo, second his Private Secretary, Atty Jie-Yannah Maryl Singson, and the new Provincial Administrator Mr. Marlon F. Tagorda.

He then signed his first executive order bringing back the conduct of in-person flag raising ceremony to be held every Monday at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Lobby.
