A unique heritage province was displayed through the Ilocos Sur Festival 2024 Grand Parade.

Governor Jerry Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Singson and the rest of the provincial officials rode on a sledge or pasagad-themed float which conveyed a message of joy, harmony, unity and bounty harvest.

Twenty-five municipalities also crafted their floats showcasing their one town one product for the float competition.

The parade is both a stunning display of Ilocos Sur’s history and a testament to its people’s collective identity and resolve to stay grounded in their roots while embracing the future.

Employees of PGIS, national government agencies, non-government organizations and civil society organizations also took part on the event.
