THE GOVERNOR SPEAKS

Governor Jerry Singson delivered his regular message during the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center on 8 May 2023.

He expressed his gratitude to everyone for keeping an efficient provincial government through empowered and competent employees.

“Now that I am back and online, we progress to our one shared goal – one vision, one province, ONE Ilocos Sur!” a part of the message of the Governor.
