Governor Jerry Singson expressed the genuine Ilocano hospitality to the delegation of the Bonsai Clubs International Convention 2023 by hosting a grand Governor’s Night conferring the officials of BCI and BSAPI a lifetime goodwill ambassador for their zeal and desire to promote the heritage province elsewhere in the world.

The provincial government also provided tokens to the officials from USA, India, Canada, Korea, China, Czech Republic and the Philippines. This was witnessed by SPM Third Ranches and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda.
