Two hundred forty persons with disabilities of the 1st District of Ilocos Sur including the Municipality of Santa received their social pension this 27 February 2023 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Governor Jerry Singson during his message encouraged all the recipients to use the assistance wisely.

Distribution to the other municipalities are scheduled in the succeeding days.
