The first and the grandest ever float parade depicting the Ilocos Sur’s rich and timeless culture, tradition, foods, and the pride of each place highlights this year’s Ilocos Sur Kannawidan Festival 2023 Grand Float Parade.

Governor Jerry Singson served as the Kutsero and the rest of the Provincial Officials led the parade around the City of Vigan.

The PGIS float portrayed the rich culture and tradition, as well as the primary products of Ilocos Sur which is known world-wide.

Participated by the 18 cities/ municipalities of the province the parade featured Ilocos Sur’s years of struggle and survival with its Ilocano culture and traditions still kept and preserved.

It also showed the quality of the Ilocanos being resilient, resourceful, productive, and creative which led to the province’s economic growth and development along with the cooperation of all stakeholders.

As the province continues its journey towards prominence and excellence, it had earned a reputation, distinction and grandeur with its rich culture and tradition it possessed all around the world.

The parade was also participated by the municipal mayors and officials of the cities/municipalities.
