Cosplayers from Ilocos Sur and other neighboring provinces gave life to anime characters, hollywood movies and video game heroes during the Ilocos Sur Kannawidan 2023 cosplay competition.

Teens and children were entertained by different characters portrayed by the cosplayers, wherein they also got the chance to interact and had a photo with the cosplayers.
