Imee Marcos through the Department of Social Welfare and Development and Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson has continued extending financial assistance to one thousand persons with disability, teenage mom and malnourished children in Vigan City under the program Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS).

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon F. Tagorda together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson and DSWD officials led the distribution this December 10, 2022 at Plaza Maestro Convention Center, Vigan City.
