Governor Jerry Singson together with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Mildred Elaydo, Benjie Maggay, Art Oandasan, Third Ranches, PCOL Marlo Castillo and PDRRMO Michael Chan led the Awarding of Incentives for Kalsada Task Force and PNP Deputized Traffic Enforcers in the Province of Ilocos Sur held this 05 December 2022 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur relaunched the Bantay Kalsada Task Force in the year 2019 to protect the safety of commuters.
